Koli Style accessories inspiration

Being a Maharashtrian I like to wear different types of Maharashtrian sarees. When you wear a saree pairing perfect accessories are very important.
So in today’s blog, I will be talking about what accessories should be paired with a Koli saree.

While pairing accessories for any Maharashtrian saree one thing should be kept in mind that is all the jewellry pieces should have white beads in it.Starting from the top I wore a large red bindi which traditionally the Koli ladies wear. They apply original sindur but as I am not married I wore a normal bindi. For earrings, I wore a peacock shaped earrings which have white and multicolored beads on it.

Usually, the Koli people wear loud accessories and so I have also worn loud accessories. For neck piece, I have worn a choker style necklace which again has white beads on it and is adjustable from the back.Maharashtrians wear glass bangles traditionally and so do I have worn dark blue color glass bangles in both of my hands.

I wore an orange color nail polish to match my saree.

So I hope this blog was helpful for whenever you want to style Koli saree.
Bye for now.

Devsena Inspired Get the look from the movie Baahubali 2

I love wearing saree in different ways and so in today’s blog, I will be talking about Devsena’s look in the movie Baahubali 2.

For the saree, I wore a blue and white royal saree which I have seen her wearing similar kind of saree in one of her looks. The half net and half velvet materials make it even more royal.Devsena in most of her looks has worn saree with broad and thick border. The velvet part is of royal blue color and has silver stones on it which makes it even more pretty.

The net material of the saree is in white color and has self-printed flowers on it.The border is made of leaf kinda design.I wore a silver blouse which has tie-up detailing on the back.

If you want to know how I wore this type of saree then do check out my video on Devsena saree draping tutorial.

For makeup, I have done makeup similar to Devsena keeping my eyes very natural with neutral lips.

Girly yet Edgy outfit recreation

In today’s blog, I will be sharing a very special outfit post which is very close to my heart that is my 22nd birthday outfit.
So let’s get started.

Baby pink color is one of my favorite colors as a girly girl.Being pink my favorite color I didn’t had any outfit in that color so this time I thought I should give pink a try.So for the top I wore a bold pink color top which has cute multicolored teddy prints on it.These kinda tops are very trending these days. The top is a sweatshirt with full sleeves which keeps you little bit warm.

This too is oversized and super comfy. The top is high low and has an elastic on the sleeves and at the bottom.Overall the top is super cute.

For the bottoms, I wore dark blue denim shorts.I kept it basic because the top says it all.The shorts are high waisted and has a folding detailing at the bottom.Again the shorts are very comfortable and laid back.

For accessories, I wore a white watch super basic with golden detailing on it.I also wore a gold finger ring.I kept my accessories too basic except the glasses as the top is very bold and girly.I paired a brown fringe handbag which again as gold detailing on it.For glasses, I wore a bold pink color cat eye glasses which compliments the top very well.

For footwear which is one of my favorite parts of the outfit, I wore a beige boot which has fringe on the sides and again it has golden detailing on it.I love golden detailing on my accessories a lot.The boots have a little bit of heals to give my legs some length.

For makeup, I kept it simple with kohled eyes and nude brown lips.

So I hope you girls liked this outfit which is super girly and cute yet edgy.

Deepika Padukone inspired style decode from Bajirao Mastani

Feminine colors and pastel colors are my all time favorite and so I loved the style of Deepika Padukone in Bajirao Mastani.
So in today’s blog post, I will be decoding the style of Deepika Padukone in Bajirao Mastani.

For the base of the outfit, I wore a peach color ethnic gown which is super gorgeous. The gown has mirror embellishments all over the top portion till my belly button. These embellishments are in the front as well as in the back of the dress. The back of the gown is seamless and is of net material. The sleeves of the gown are also of the same type.

The gown flares down from the belly button and has a lot of layers of clothing beneath the gown to make the gown all gorgeous and fluffy. The gown has golden border on the bottom as well as in the sleeves. The gown has 3/4 sleeves.

Talking about the accessories I wore a red dupatta to compliment the peach color of the gown. The dupatta has self-printed hearts on it and is of mesh material. The dupatta has a broad black border which enhances the beauty of the dupatta even more.I covered my head with the dupatta as Mastani did in some of her looks.

For jewellery, I wore an elegant nose ring which goes all the way into my hairs.I also wore a handpiece and a gold finger ring.I paired golden jhumkas and a head jewellery piece which is again golden in color. All of my jewellery pieces are golden and they have silver embellishments on them.

For makeup, I kept it simple as Mastani had a very natural face.I also wore an orange color nail polish to match my outfit.I left my hair open in a middle partition.

For more detailed information on the style, decode do check out my video on my YouTube channel.

How to style prints over prints

Styling prints over prints are sometimes critical because you can easily overdo it.
So today I bring a blog post on how to style prints over prints.

Usually, when our top is printed we style it with plain bottoms and vice-versa, but styling prints over prints are critical. In this outfit, I wore a chiffon pink color top which has small flowers on it and has a tie detailing too on it.It has half sleeves and some frill detailing on the neckline. The top is very flowy and super comfy.

I kept common prints on both of my clothing pieces, I used flower prints as a common element. For the bottoms, I wore black color pants which again has flowers but are big in size.I wore black color pants to tame down the outfit little bit.The pants are very comfortable, they feel like pajamas.

For accessories, I mostly kept it neutral because the outfit says it all.For footwear, I wore white canvas shoes which have 3D printed cute stickers on it.The canvas is also very comfy.Basically, the whole outfit is comfy as I went on a shopping spree and I wanted to keep it super laid back yet trendy.I paired a brown color handbag which has fringes on it which looks super cute.

The bag has some golden detailing which compliments my gold finger ring.I wore a black and gold fringe earring which matches the bag and ring nicely. For a pop of color, I wore a pink cat eye specks which frames my face perfectly and makes me look more feminine.

For makeup, I wore neutral eyes with bold red lips.

So I hope this blog was helpful to you girls.

1 kurta 4 looks

We girls often get bored of wearing the same clothes over and over and so to get over this we should try styling it in different ways.
So here I bring a blog post on how to style a kurta in 4 different ways.

Talking about the kurta it’s a gorgeous piece. It is an Anarkali suit which has black broad border and golden detailing on it.The Anarkali suit gets tight below the chest line and flares out.It has the same golden detailing on the sleeves as well and as some bronze lining detailing below the chest. The peach color of kurta flatters my skin ton a lot.

For the first look, I wore golden color cigarette pants below the kurta which matches the gold detailing in the kurta very beautifully.Styling Anarkali suit this way is so trending and looks very edgy as well.

For the second look, I wore a black skirt underneath which compliments the black color in the kurta very nicely.Pairing skirt with the kurta gives an ethnic touch to the look, it looks as if you have worn a lehenga. The skirt also has bronze detailing as in the kurta and also has red and blue stripes at the bottom. The skirt does not flare which looks perfect with the Anarkali suit.

For the third look, I paired the kurta with golden leggings again to compliment the golden in the kurta.Ankle length leggings are so much in right now and these pair of leggings look super classy with it.

You guys know that palazzos look super gorgeous when paired with some ethnic piece, especially I love the flared ones. For the fourth look, I wore black palazzo with the kurta which looks super laid back because of the loose fitting on the Palazzo. These pair of palazzos are super comfortable too.

For the accessories I wore a set of Kangans which have red studs in it and has triangle detailings which I find to be very beautiful.I also paired some golden jhumkas and added a bindi too.For the footwear I wore a peach colour slingback.

For makeup I did a simple smokey eyes and a nude pinks lips.I left my hair open to frame my face.

So I hope these tips were helpful and you girls will rock same outfits by styling them differently.
